皮肤病研究所

【概况】

上海中医药大学、上海市中医药研究院皮肤病研究所于2015年9月正式成立，是下属研究机构。研究方向聚焦常见皮肤病临床与基础研究、皮肤病创新中药研发。上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院为皮肤病研究所提供300m²实验场地，下设皮肤临床、皮肤免疫研究室，打造皮肤临床、免疫和病理研究平台，由上海市名中医、上海市领军人才、上海市优秀学术带头人李斌教授担任所长。研究所由专职、兼职人员组成：专职人员由5名专业研究人员担任，兼职人员主要为临床专业骨干。该所目前拥有模式动物、免疫沉淀IP、染色体免疫共沉淀ChIP、甲基化特异性PCR、流式细胞术等实验技术平台，仪器设备、理念先进。该所整合上海皮肤病中西医结合领域学科资源，集科研、医疗、教学、产业化于一体，现已成为长三角地区最好的中医、中西医结合皮肤病研究平台之一。

建所以来，皮肤病研究所以中医理论为指导，充分继承、发掘、整理中医药治疗皮肤疾病经验，通过临床与基础研究，对影响中医皮肤科临床疗效、学术发展的关键问题加以阐释、凝练，主要研究方向包括炎症性皮肤病临床与基础研究、慢性难愈性溃疡临床与基础研究、皮肤病创新中药研发等。在中医药辨证治疗难治性皮肤病的应用与机理阐释、临床疗效评价平台建设、成果转化与运用等方面均取得进展。研究所承担国家重点研发计划中医药现代化专项2项、国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金等各级课题40余项，研究成果在Journal of the American Chemical Society、Nature Communications、Cellular & molecular immunology、Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology、Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology、Journal of Investigative Dermatology、Advanced Science、Biomaterials、中医杂志、中西医结合杂志等期刊发表学术论文百余篇，其中SCI收录论文140余篇。此外，编撰专著10余部，获上海市科技进步奖二等奖、华夏医学科技奖三等奖、上海中西医结合科学技术奖一等奖等各级科研奖项9项。研究所致力于学科人才培养，研究梯队成员获国务院政府特殊津贴、教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家中管局青年岐黄学者、上海市“曙光学者”、上海市“青年东方英才”、上海市优秀学术带头人、上海市青年拔尖人才、上海“医苑新星”杰出青年医学人才、上海市“新优青”、中华中医药学会雏鹰计划、中华中医药学会青年托举人才、上海市“浦江人才”、上海市“扬帆计划”等荣誉奖励。

The Institute of Dermatology

Our responsibilities

The Institute was founded in September 2015. Our major responsibilities are as follows:

Inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine;

Basic research on dermatology with pathological mechanism;

Research on external treatment of Chinese herbal medicine.

Our achievements

The institute has undertaken over 40 research projects at national and municipal levels, including 2 key national projects under the Research and Development Program for Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (a National Key R&D Program), as well as grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai Natural Science Foundation. Our research achievements have been published in more than 100 academic papers across prestigious journals such as Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nature Communications, Cellular & Molecular Immunology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Advanced Science, Biomaterials, Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine. Notably, over 140 of these publications are indexed in SCI.

Additionally, the institute has authored over 10 specialized monographs. Our scientific contributions have been recognized with 9 distinguished awards, including the Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, Third Prize of Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award, and First Prize of Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Science & Technology Award.

Our ongoing activities

Explanation of pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris by theory of traditional Chinese medicine;

Establish a three-stage dynamic sequential diagnosis and treatment plan which named Clear-Remove-Supplement for chronic skin ulcers;

Improvement of external application of Chinese herbal medicine.

Our staff

The Institute has 1 director, 1 vice-director and 5 staff members. Regarding educational background, 4 have doctorate degree of Chinese medicine, 1 has a doctorate degree of clinical medicine, 1 have master degrees of Chinese medicine and 1 has master degree of biomedical science. Three of them have senior titles, 2 has vice-senior title, and 2 have intermediate titles.
